With 8 apprentices in the last 5 years moulding themselves in to key players in both our installation and production teams, the importance of training is definitely understood.
With the phones on night service, the offices locked and the signs on the gates, the customer service team made their way down to Carlisle Rugby Club. The agenda for the day was simple: further improve the knowledge on existing and newly introduced products, so that all members of staff can offer customers great advice and expert service levels.
